When submitting a booking, please specify the total number of vehicles your agency will be bringing. Only one representative from each agency needs to submit a booking. All event-related information will be emailed to that point of contact for internal distribution within your agency.

After submitting your booking, you will automatically receive an email containing a username and password for our website. This login will allow you to view and manage your booking, as well as ensure your email address is stored for future event communications.

To access your booking, use the Login button at the top right of our site. Once logged in, select My Bookings from the menu to update or cancel your reservation at any time.

Important — Please Note
All bookings will remain in pending status until approximately one week prior to the event. Once the Light Ohio Blue staff processes the bookings, the system will automatically send a confirmation email. The email will include a link to the detailed operations plan for your specific location, which will outline exact arrival times, staging details, and location-specific instructions.
