Upload Instructions
Agency representatives can upload photos directly into the contest using the guide below. Use the buttons to jump to each section.
✅ Before You Upload
- Use the correct title format: Animal Name – Agency Full Name
- Select the correct Photo Category for your population or agency type
- Upload one photo per animal
- Use an agency affiliated email address
- Provide a cell phone number you can actually be reached at
💡 Tip: If you are not logged in when you click Upload, the site will prompt you to login or register first.

Log In or Register
Use the Register or Login links above if you are not already signed in.

Open the 2026 Contest Page
Navigate to the contest page and locate the upload form.

Title Your Photo Correctly
In the first field, enter: Animal Name – Agency Full Name.

Complete Required Fields
Fill out all fields marked with an asterisk, including your contact details.

Select File and Submit
Upload one photo, then submit the form. If it does not submit, check required fields again.
📂 Photo Tips
- Use clear, well lit images that are appropriate for public display
- Avoid watermarks or third party branding
- Minor edits are fine, but do not misrepresent reality
- Upload JPG or PNG when possible
🛠️ Troubleshooting
- Upload button not working: Confirm you are logged in, then refresh and try again.
- Form will not submit: Scroll up and check for missing required fields.
- Voting from work later on: Some agency or organization networks use shared internet connections or security filters that may block multiple votes from the same IP address. If your vote does not register or you receive an error, try voting from a personal cellular device using mobile data instead of work Wi Fi.
